Job description:
Provides technical support to solve customers' software or network configuration.
Utilizes technical and analytical skills to solve customers' problems.
Provides phone, email and IM support utilizing monitoring tools and diagnostic methods.
Responsible for technical support/troubleshooting of PC, operating system and network problems.
Reports design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs to product engineers.
Provides back up to other desks within the Software Help Desk.
Requirements:
Experience working in technical helpdesk will be considered.
Professional fluency (writing and speaking) in Czech
Desire to work in a call center environment.
Excellent customer service.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Good interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to absorb knowledge in a short period of time.
Ability to work under pressure and with aggressive deadlines.
Excellent telephone manner.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent writing skills particularly email to respond and resolve customer problems.
Ability to analyze problems, identify key problems and make decisions to solve problems.
Ability to effectively communicate troubleshooting methodology to other call takers.
Ability to apply advanced troubleshooting skills in solving customers’ issues.
Ability to work comfortable at multiple levels within the organization and in cross functional teams.
