Summary of Role:
We are recruiting for Cost Managers / Quantity Surveyors to join the team in Warsaw. The team are currently working on a number of exciting schemes. Ideally candidate will be degree educated with a BSc Quantity Surveying or other related qualification and be either MRICS or working towards. Working closely with the Client throughout, you will be involved in delivering the full range of Quantity Surveying duties. This opportunity will suit a professional with proven Consultancy experience who is keen to develop and grow within a dynamic environment. Responsibilities:
• Provide commercial links between Site Agents, Project Managers and Senior Quantity Surveyors / Commercial Managers
• Juniors Quantity Surveyors team management and execution of measurements from drawings
• Possibility to work with foreign countries Projects – as outsourcing
• Awareness of the estimating process and budget control
• To ensure commercial security and control of contracts under tender and throughout the project including execution and delivery
• Personal responsibility for the appropriate budgets and estimations – in the cooperation contract
• External liaison with suppliers and customers regarding project progress and contractual issues.
• Production of commercial reports at intervals to be advised

Wymagania:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role within a Civil Engineering / Building consultancy company
• Good construction market knowledge, Polish market pricing
• Experience or qualification in contract law
• Good commercial awareness
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English
• NORMA software – intermediate level of knowledge needed (familiarity with KNR’s and Sekocenbud)
• MS Project – basic level needed with cost relevant issues
